Team player

When we were a child, we used to mix with everyone regardless of liking or dislike someone. We would still play together.

As we grew older, in primary and high school. We start choosing the circle. Which circle you would like to be in, define who you are. The popular ones, the nerds, the naughty ones... And then seperate between YOURS and MINE. No cross between different circle of classmates...

When you are an adult, you are required to mix with everyone, without any preferences. This is call socializing and becoming the TEAM PLAYER.. Being friendly and close with everyone, regardless of the differences or any preferences. This goes to colleagues, you have no option but work together with people from all walks of life, making things work. Work out the similarities among yourselves and work out on the end product.
